Hi Guys,

I've had 2 get 2 new front tyres, done about 26k on the OEM Pirrelli P Zero's and I've changed them for Avon Zv5's and I'm finding them so much better, was going to put them on the back but got a few 1000 miles left in them yet as had 2 replace them cos of punctures!

What does everyone else use? Seat tried to sell me some bridgestones but I asked around and was recommended the Avon's and for £90 a pop thru a cheap dealer I know compared to £118 I thought I'd give it a go!

I have had pirellis, Goodyear Eagle Assemetric and the Avon ZV5. The Avons grip so much better then any tyre I have ever had on my Leon FR. Im told that the construction method/design is like michelin pilot tyres. The side walls have a certain amount of flex built in to allow more of the main tyre surface to be in contact with the ground when cornering hard.
