tyre size can i go bigger?

currently i am running 235/35/19 on a 19" 9 inch wide rim, can i upgrade the tyre size without any problems? say to a 245/35 width (~a lot cheaper)

dunno is the answer, what offset are the rims?

i was running an 8.5 on an et32 with a 225 tyre and i could just get the tip of my finger between the tyre and the strut
