Inlet wont be the issue. Even when the EGR is heavily blocked it will cause some drivability issues but worlds apart from your issue which is 100% fuel related. MAF is reading plenty of airflow, more than enough to make the 150hp your car should have.

I would try swapping some injectors around to be honest, oviously marking themto keep track of which ones are good and working and which cylinder they are in

Yeah, read normal, wouldnt cause the issues being faced anyway with the total injector imbalance when anythin more than the few mg used at idle is requested

Hiya guys,

Been a while, thought I'd keep you updated. I finally got my injector wiring loom replaced but it made no difference. Checked the MAF sensor for dirt but it's clean, checked the anti shudder valve and intake manifold for carbon build up but there isn't enough to cause this amount of problems. When my mate gets the chance he said he's going to check all of the vacuum pipes for cracks/leaks/loose clips, redo the timing to make sure it's done right, and check the turbo (it's spooling but there's still no pressure).

Short of that, I'm completely out of ideas

I did wonder what had happened with this.

From memory the turbo was fine and provided the boost, but there was a total lack of fuelling and huge injector imbalance. If you have a laptop, you could buy a £5-10 cable from eBay and use the free version of VCDS light and check this yourself

Have you not swapped/changed any more injectors over to try and rule them out? Another thought is that it could be the tandem pump, although i've no idea how you could check it
