Inlet wont be the issue. Even when the EGR is heavily blocked it will cause some drivability issues but worlds apart from your issue which is 100% fuel related. MAF is reading plenty of airflow, more than enough to make the 150hp your car should have.
I would try swapping some injectors around to be honest, oviously marking themto keep track of which ones are good and working and which cylinder they are in
