Both tyres were replaced about a year ago, when I had a blowout in one of them. Driving wise they've actually not been too bad thankfully. The previous tyres were about half way done, so I got both replaced, so they would supposedly match. It was just a general tyre garage in the location I got the blowout, so it may have been a mistake or they just didn't care.
I'm working away at the moment, but will check them as soon as I'm back home. I'd say you're right though, that it's 2 different models. The tread pattern just looked similar, so I didn't even consider it was a different tyre.
Both tyres are almost ready for replacement, so will get both done and make sure they're the same this time. You live and learn eh.
