Unpluging wires

ive plugged my fog lights into the wrong hole on the wiring block for the headlights, does anyone know how i can get the little connector out without breaking it?

will probably need a pic tool its like a really strong spike try a tiny screwdriver looks from the bad picture that on the sides there is some type of clip
