I defo recommend them mate, makes a big difference, grip has never felt so good through a corner, I need an LSD really, but it holds really well. Apparently gives additional negative camber on turn in which would explain better through corner grip. Also kit comes with front arb bushes for cupra size bars! Bargain :)

I have a super pro dog bone bush fitted into the arm at home was only on a few weeks if any body is after one so would be just a case of remove old and fit new no pressing involved all ready done

Yes was far to harsh on tick over the car felt like it was rattling its self to peices it drove me crazy. I will say when driving it felt a lot better no vibration and a lot stiffer but the tick over side was too bad.

So I tryed the powerflex version and was still the same so got a standerd version brand new and to behonest it's a lot better than the uprated vivration bushes lol

Is the anti lift kit only available from superpro?

I believe so mate, only kit I could find that offered it anyway. Its a very high quality kit, the rear beam bush and front tca bush are 3 piece and push in really easy with the supplied bush lube. The rear tca bush has an aluminium outer, I used the tooling I made at work to get the cupra bushes out to put it in with, went in easy. Just make sure you get it lined up correctly as the centre is offset. Will need a wheel alignment afterwards most probably.
