Updating my satnav

Hay all, I'm having some issues updating my satnav I checked the sticky but I can't seem to get it to work at all.

Any advice would be appreciated

I think going by the part number you have it's an RNS315 and not the 310 which the sticky instructions are for.

I don't think the 315 is as easy to update, I assume you can just get a new sd card for your maps if you so wanted.
