upgrade rear pads..is it worth it?

hi, my rear pads are nearly worn through so I wanted to know if its worthwhile upgrading the pads beacuse I know the Ibiza's rear brake biase (sp) is already high.

I've got ate powerdisks and pagid fr's on the front. should I get pagid's on the back (of ferrodo's maybe) or stick with standard pads.

when i needed to change mine a few months back i spoke to a few people and they all said that its not worth upgrading the rears, standard spec on the back is fine.
