is there any difference for the magnex back box for 8v n back box for 16v? because some websites say there are where as others have it as same.

think the 8v has a smaller diameter pipe than the 16v. It certainly does at the rear of the cat.

possibly as Anthony says, just the diameter if anything would be different *you could just use a 'reducer' * You sourced a cheap one?
