urgent help needed lcr 03

hi guys
just in the middle of taking front bumper off my 03 lcr.have already taken out screws in wheel arch,4 along the underneath and grill clips under bonnett. so wats next? trying to find main bolts need help

if you whip off the foglight grilles there are a couple of bolts there too i think.

download the Forge FMIC guide from their site and its in there!

As J@mes said use the forge guide, however you will have to be careful getting the corners of the bumper out around the headlights to allow the bumper to slide forward on slots in either wing. It is explained in the guide, tape the headlight lens and use a screwdriver to prise the wing out, feels horrible to see how far you have to get it out to release it,but it is plastic! Take care!!

or... reach inside the wing & undo the guides from the inside - i learnt that trick after many times of doing it the way you describe

This job can be an absolute nightmare! I had the same problem, but thankfully I still have some warranty left.
Had to leave my car with Seat for 4 days whilst the part was ordered and fitted.
They told me what had been done and it did not sound like much fun
