Use the Search

We all get fed up typing "I'm sure that if you search...", but comes across too aggressive for my liking.

Call me soft, but I'd prefer one that conveys "We like people that search" rather than one that says "we hate people that don't".

I often go as far as to suggest some search terms, and even will try those search terms to see if they'll pull up some threads. But posting links to all the returned threads is too much.

It'd be good if we could put a link to the search, prepopulated with search terms, or just returned the list of results.

frustratingly I think the 'search' is forgotten, so I can't post a link to a search I did last week that was particularly useful

however..... I have a good project on the boil that will fix this.... although it's seperate to the forum
