v5 key fob shorting or something

hi everyone,
my batteries in the key fob seem to die about every two days.once a new one is fitted it works perfectly but starts to flash the day after then stops working.its not like my switch blade key from my 51 plate v5 its just a key with the two buttons on the top half.i realise my fob part probaly needs replacing,just wondering if anyone has experienced it and how they fixed it

no cure,contacted repair centre they said mini capacitors may be leaking ,cheaper to get another fob.got a vw with exact codes as mine of ebay today not working with handbook reprogramming but not giving up
