Hi,
Can anyone tell me if there is a right way to remove the brake servo vacum line from the tandem pump on a 130 tdi?
The pipe has a hole in it from rubbing on another metal hose clip and where the line attaches to the tandem pump is loose and loosing vacuum...
Thanks.

it's just push on and clipped the fitting on the pump itself often appears slack but is unlikely to come off,-- for some reason it's been pushed in and peened over at the factory you could always tighten it up with a SMALL hammer and punch if it makes you feel better

Cheers for the reply.
I have ordered a new vac line from seat which is why I was asking about getting the old one off, it's not seated right and has a huge gouge out of it..
So do I need to remove the pin before I can take the pipe off?
Sorry for asking but I don't want to damage the pump..

Took the afternoon off yesterday and apart from removing the egr, the vac hose came of no problem. It definitely had a leak cause there no vac pressure left in the system after only 10 min of the engine being stopped.
The management light went out after 2 min of driving so hopefully that's the last I'll see of it for a while!!
