had a look tonight found the pipe circled rd disconnected so i re connected it to the part circled white

will this be the problem?

can you not just unplug battery adn leave for 10 mins then plug back in think this clears fault codes if nto reacuring ones anyway.

just on a side note how do you clear them if you have full vag com then?

No, I don't believe battery disconnection clears fault codes.

On the full version, say you have a fault code under the engine module 01. You go into that module and click the button ' clear fault codes'.
