Vag-com won't scan auto hvac

Vag-com fails to scan my climatronic auto HVAC, coming up with an error, excessive or too many communications.

Has anyone got any idea what the problem is?

Either way it won't work, tried auto scan first, then tried scanning module separately afterwards.

No idea myself, but if it's registered with Ross-Tech then you could ask them, they have a section further down the forum/
