VAGCOM Guru's advice please!

My car has had the engine diagnosis light on but has been driving fine, so I had the fault codes checked on VAGCOM last night (by Flashbsd - very helpful mate, thanks a lot ) and these are the results:
2 Faults Found:
16795 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected P0411 - 35 - 00

18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too low P1602 - 35 - 10 --- INtermittent

Im thinking the power supply terminal would be because I have just installed a Vibe Active Sub, so I have pulled the fuse to that to see if it sorts the problem. I don't know what the secondary air injection system is though?
Any help would be appreciated

have you disconnected the battery recently?
the secondary air pump runs when the engine is cold, reset them and see what comes back in a day or two.

Have cleared the codes and pulled the sub fuse. Done about 40 miles so far and no light. But in the past it's taken 50 or 60 miles before the light has re-appeared so we'll see. Car has driven absolutely spot on though

Will be caused by disconnecting the battery.
