Very nice. My last car was a Toledo and I loved it. I would not bother with the facelift Cupra bumper as it looks wrong on a Toledo, but the Cupra R bumper would look ace as would a bootlid spoiler and some skirts.
The BBS wheels would look good too although I like it as it is too. Sometimes less is more.

Nice car dude, I've never seen a toledo so shiny, top job! Like you said, the tinted plates finish it off.
I'm likin the front splitter too, how easy (or hard) was it to fit?
p.s. A boot spoiler would finish it off nicely (SEAT one). Heres mine with one:
