Looks really good in white but not sure if I dont prefer the cupra front bumper. Now being picky a Bocanegra in white with the cupra front bumper and dark alloys. This sector is getting good of late, a family member bought a mazda 2 special edition in white with sports kit and dark allows and it looks great. Only has a 1.3 but looks good!

great looking front (badge?)

and trim inside looks ok but leather be my thing

subtle on rear

the white doesn't it for me like the audi's do, might be the camera but looks flat

red would look good i reckon but still think need to bin the rims and slam it more :)

i do wonder wether the super/turbo 1.4 is gonna cut it in reality - gonna have to get over gloucester i reckon

It's a great concept, but when you consider it has a turbo and a supercharger on there it only makes 170 odd PS. Whilst the delivery of the power will be an important factor as to how the Ibiza goes, the Corsa VXR has 200PS+ with a 1.6 turbo.

I hope the 1.4TSi will modify well, otherwise it could end up feeling a bit of a damp squib. I'd have loved to see an EA888 in there, even if detuned from factory to 230bhp. I appreciate price is an issue as this may have pushed it to over £18k, but in full spec a Corsa is over that.

potential could be some great fun but goign back to when i changed class in the grasser, running a 1.4 with 20bhp more than the previous 2.0 yet it still never had that sort of 'punch' to it but they do say there is no substitute for the cubic inch

mind you with DSG and 2 blowers i bet it's gonna be a right terrier round town on small streets and stuff

looking forward to trying it actually

don;t panic though with today's standardisation we could find a way to stick a bigger block in somehow if needed, the EA888 conversion could be the VR6 transplant of the future :):)

Could you post me a link to the price configurator please, be interested to see how they stack up. £20k seems a bit rich when its basically a 1.4! I would have to be mega for that money.

Been looking at the Cupra for a replacement for my car but have reservations about tuning the engine as I found this which I supose you can take with a pinch of salt but be warned..

Disadvantages

Torque handling capability constraints limit after-market engine tuning modifications.

I am torn between staying with Seat and going down the Cliosport route again but to be honest I had a Renaultsport Clio 172 and the build quality was pap.

Stu38 - I've been into the dealers today and ordered my Cupra for October but the Boc is priced at £16,995 not £20k.

The Cupra is £15,995 and the FR is £14,995 and all 3 should be out in October.
