Vinyl care and correction

I got my roof done in black vinyl yesterday, but from how its been applied, its quite swirly already!

What can I use (by hand) to reduce the swirls? Is it fine to use normal polish on it?

If its black vinyl wrapping i dont think there will be anything to get swirls out of that but SRP might do the trick
