Hello guys, so, I bought a digital dashboard a short time ago, to install in my car (Seat Leon ST 1.6 of 2017). To get off to a good start, as the dashboard was used, and I wanted to make sure it was working, I connected it to my car, which deconfigured the entire electrical part. After resolving this situation, I went to two places to try to code the dashboard, First, I went to a workshop that works with the electric part of the cars (VCDS) who told me that I would only get in a car after February 2018. Then I went to Seat, who told me it was not possible to install in my car. After all this, I contacted some people who managed to install, both on Seat Leon ST and in a car below 2018. Can anyone help me, about whether it's possible, what I need to do or say when I get to a workshop?

Its sadly not something you can just do yourself as needs ODIS.

I've used our site sponsor @East Yorkshire Retrofits to fit my updated VC. I believe he can code it remotely, but its about £100.

Just bare in mind he can't adjust the mileage to match, that's only on brand new units or sending the VC off to be coded.

Please give us a message and we can assist

Also, never connect an instrument cluster to a vehicle unless ODIS tells you to. You'll loose your ABS coding which isn't always easy to restore, even online with dealer tools.
Mileage on used clusters can only be increased, and it isn't a service we offer remotely.
can you send me more info please, as i found one used for good price of a written off car
