Just not a Garrett.
It still needs the same variable geometry as the fabia and polo to run.
Garrett one is better quality and better built.
Think the housing is slightly different too.
The shaft on the KKK is like cheese. Far from unheard of for them to snap.
Basically the KKK is a cheaper, lower quality version, for cost saving reasons.

You heard right.
The KKK is alright when the car is in standard form. It does its job.
When you start mapping the ECU the increased boost levels put more strain on the turbo, and the KKK will be more likely to go pop than the Garrett.
When people upgrade, they normally go for a hybrid version of the PD150 turbo, which is also a Garrett.
