vr6 clutch and g60 flywheel?

how much would it cost do you think in all to get the vr6 clutch done brought and fitted because im going ko3s this year n dont want clutch issuses later down the line so may as well get one fitted

have been quoted £120 to have it fitted mate! by a garage at £30/hour and they reckon itll take 4 hours!

just FYI valeo also do a single mass conversion kit, comes with flywheel, clutch, thrust bearing and all the bolts, cost me £120 (trade) not sure what the retail price would be.

To convert to G60 flywheel & vr6 clutch

The new part no's
028 105 269 bx flywheel £90.03 + £25 + VAT = £135.16

The part no for the bolts
N10 101 001 & n90 206 103 x6each cost me £4 for all 12

Part no from euro car parts for clutch kit is
641440660 £64.16 inc vat.
look under the vw golf 1997 vr6

Pulled that from an old thread so not sure if prices have changed.

Eurocarparts and GSF stock all the bits. My clutch is doing the same, starting to pong abit after some abuse so i may be going down this route soon.

Is this part no (flywheel) for the eurospec 1 that weighs 14kg?as gunna ring vw up 2day for a price Cheers

I no cheers lol but what I meant is, aint that for the standard g60 flywheel that weighs 22kg?? As I wanted the eurospec 1 cheers

Just rang up vw and the part no for the flywheel doesn't exist nemore, so he found the flywheel and its gunna cost £164ish but he didn't no the weight? So am unsure wether its the 14kg 1 or not! So ne1 no where I can get a eurospec 1 from plz thankyou
