want to get rid of my fr for a cupra.

Hey Up People.

Well i am looking at getting a cupra at the monet i drive a seat leon tfsi fr yellow on a 07 plate.
But as i am based in germany not sure what price i should be looking for my fr.
It has done 8000 miles and is 1 year old in august.
Can people give some figures that i would be able to sell that car quickly at.
Cheers Ali.

You're best off getting a valuation off Parkers and maybe pay the £3 for a proper one from Glass's.

Maybe also worth seeing how much others are up for on Autotrader.

Why are you changing so soon?, is it because you really want a Cupra or just you like getting a new car every year?

I test drove both and the Cupra is a better car, but not that much better to pay a fortune to upgrade to if you already have an FR.

seems madness to me, better off remapping the FR, you're gonna lose loads doing it your way. remap and set of 18's will be all you need to make the FR a cupra beater in both the perfomance and looks sector.

What?
Your forgetting the Cupra has better brakes, aluminium suspension, stronger engine, better name, better seats, black interior (matter of opinion) etc etc.

If you remap the Cupra it's got a lot more power than the FR.

the reason i want the cupra is as Rampage stated all the little bits which count.
Also i am based in Germany so i got my leon tax free paid 13000 brand new including 18inc alloys.
So i will be looking at getting more than what i paid for it when i sell it in the uk.
But yes i know the price does not justify the 3000 difference between the cupra and fr but hey i want the best.
Anyway cheers for all your comments.

160 litres per month is 3 tanks full on a Leon. What is that per litre then? About 35p? £20 per tank :funk:

That could be the new army slogan "I want the best" instead of "Be the Best"

I thought the army was suffering from poor recruitment at the moment? If they advertise the cheap car and free petrol, half the people on here will join!

Hey Again.
Well the fuel price does go up and down but it is normally 5.60 for 10 liters of super. So thats about 3.80 for 10 liters.
Also we get tax free shopping over here on any items over 50 euro.
And just for living in germany we get paid more.
Also you do not have to pay for car tax tv license and insurence is so cheap it makes you cry with happiness.
