hi guys my missus car keeps coming up with a warning its a big ( ! ) mark and a long beeping noise the same noise as if the fuel is low. Any ideas on why

sorry to interupt this thread, but on the same topic, i have warning light appeared again, which is the orange one on the right centre looks like a little pump or engine, what could this be? just had the car serviced so everything is in check. cheers!
I checked a car on the weekend with this light on and one error was the secondary air thing and the other was a power related problem. However you'll have to get your car on vag-com to check what exactly is wrong.
Not all garages plug the diagnostic machine in at a service
so having a service doesnt mean all is well!
ahhh, i see. strange, it was serviced over xmas when i was away, so it was driven a bit over xmas but not much. only just came on other day, probably 200 ish miles after service. same thing happened earlier on in year about a month after it was serviced, i left it a couple of days and it went off on its own! wasnt a huge service, plugs, filters, oil etc.

That EML is just an indicator to say that there is / has been a fault, it could relate to anything.

More than likely low brake fluid mate. Nothing to worry about, just top it up a bit.

yeah it'll be brake fluid, might not look that low, but when accelerating or cornering it may think its lower than it is, just put a little bit in just to fill it back up, prob find you'll need some brake pads soon then, as i doubt you've got a leak
