Model Year 25/26 Warning lights coming on then disappearing on dash

@Cupra Jon Did you get anywhere with your dealer regarding the 4 x Sensor Impairment errors?

I've just returned from Sinclair Cupra after its first service and had a list of issues for them to investigate with the main one being sensor impairment.

I specifically showed them this....
Regarding Sensor Impairment. Warnings shown are; "ACC: sensor impaired", "Front Assist is unavailable. Sensor impaired.", "Travel Assist is currently unavailable. Sensor Impaired" and "Error: Emergency Assist".
This happens intermittently during most journeys in the car, sometimes within 5 minutes and sometimes after 20+ minutes. The warnings come and go regularly.

What I got told was that they have seen the faults logged but cannot do anything as the faults were not present during the service.

I have photographic evidence of the faults too but when booking in was told, we don't need to see them, that won't be necessary.

No - I got fobbed off in a similar manner to yourself!

If the dealer is telling you there are no relevant codes stored with those errors showing up then they are lying, or don't know what they're looking for.

@James_R Thanks for coming back to me.
They said the fault codes were logged but couldn't do anything, as the faults did not appear while the car was in for a service. I stated that the codes would reappear on a drive and was happy to go out with a technician. This was apparently not acceptable, as they cannot allow a technician to spend more than a few minutes assessing a potential (but clearly logged and photographed) fault.

I'm going to email the dealership to obtain their findings and viewpoint in writing, before taking this further.

I won't be fobbed off and I won't let this slide.

I also complained about creaking top mounts (they creak when manoeuvring the car when stationary), for example when parking. This was apparently down to the electronic handbrake....which I think is BS. I was getting angry at this point so decided to deal with this one, another day. One problem at a time eh.
