Got mine replaced in the last year of warranty. Asked for a 225 one and got it, think they were sweetening me up cos a week later told me they couldn't replace my alloy/s under warranty.

dealers changed mine after I had suffered 2 strokes and a small heart attack at the reception desk in front of queing customers, oh and I think I wet myself too!!!, but in the end it was worth it cos I am the proud owner of a new knob!!!!---next time ill just go to halfrauds and buy a new one, change it myself and save on the doctors/time off work bills!!

Lol Eddie!

My LCR 02 knob paint chipped badly! I scraped all the black paint off and underneath is white so it matches the white rev/speed dials! :)

If you didn’t know it was meant to be black you would not notice it or think it looks crap.

Some dealers seem fine with this and I had mine replaced along with the badges under warrenty - good time to change it too as I got my dealer to replace mine to save me the hassle - still have the old one at home somewhere.

They wouldn't let me change my own centre caps, badges, indicator lenses or knob! Asked them to send the centre caps save time and money petrol wise said they had to return old ones to SEAT UK.
Paint peeling off wheels really bad now:censored: they don't want to know so getting them refurbed myself. Oh and badges have gone bad again after three months[:@]
