well if they have charged you for something they havnt done, you cant trust them to have done anything else on the invoice...

got charged for some work and the approopriate new part that was needed...
few days later, there is a rattling under my seat, what do i find?
the new part still in its unopened wrapper that i was charged for!
a full refund closely followed as thats simply criminal.

this fluid change this has happened before on here:
the advice i give for this when they say they drain it and refill is if they do it everytime regardless of how full it is. then that forms part of the service.
therefore it should be included within the price quoted for the service.
if its an extra they shoudl contact you for the "go-ahead"

Thats my point, if they cant be bothered to do the simple things, the technician that has been given the job card is obviosuly that way inclined and it beggars belief about anything more serious, Dealerships should be trying harder,but its like they expect it on a plate without giving anything in return.
Got my service done at the Audi dealership I work at and think it was the best service I have ever had! They didn't wash it for me though, grrrr
