Water inside driver's door?

I'm replacing door speakers, and noticed there is a substantial puddle in the door (4-5mm deep)
The wiring behind my new speakers is soaked, and there is no longer power running through the speaker wire.
All seals around door look in tact and fine. Where is the water getting in?
Door sill also is wet after rain (where the metal plates are). But only on driver's side.

Thanks for any help in advance. I suppose pics could be available if you require.. just ask what kinda shot you want. Though I'm not sure how pics will help lol.

Sounds like the drain holes in the bottom of the door are blocked. You are always going to get some water inside the door panel, but it should just flow out of the bottom drain holes rather than get trapped inside.

Parked on flat ground, both drainage holes are visibly clear, water appears to be to the left hand side of far hole.
Wondering if the water is coming in near the wingmirror :S
