Hi all,
I have had my Leon FR TDI 2.0 for 9 months now (still absolutely loving it) and I have done 12,000 Miles (A lot of them are motorway). I have 18" Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres on my wheels. Each week I pump up my wheels to the recommended tyre pressures (in the petrol cap 32 front 29 rear).
I have now got about 2mm tread on the middle of both of my front tyres and 4mm on the outside and inside edges. This would point me to over inflation but I am filling the to the recommended PSI (well what it says on the petrol cap). The rears seem to be fine.
I assume this is not right. What do you fill your FR 18" tyres to? It is normally only me for most of my driving then me and the Mrs at the weekend.
Thanks all!
