right well I'm returning it and getting a full refund.

I did a normal drive to work this morning and my MPG is well down and its surging all over the place, its horrible

When you got it, was it well packaged? (Bubblewrap / box / packing?)

it was in a box, filled with those little polystyrene things, and then in another box where it was wrapped in grease proof paper.

It was sent by courier as well but that probably doesn't mean it was treated carefully

I've just been reading the thread with the guy with problems with spark plugs and I'm wondering if I could have a problem with mine? I have IK22's and well to be quite honest I didnt check the gapping.....
