My car is very jerky on part throttle..for example if i drive 50 km/h in 4th..and press throttle to 50 % it startts to accelerate slowly..then suddenly boost hits 1.3 bar then drops to 0.5 then to 1 bar and then drops again and now it is running good on part throttle..
I have the Cupra for 2 yrs now and this was happening all the time so i just got used to it..
When on full throttle it overboosts at 1.4bar on 3000 rpm and drops to 1 bar at 6000 rpm
However...
2 days ago when i press the gas car runs excellent as usual but my gauge shows no boost..
On part throttle it shows boost until 0.5bar..then it drops to 0...
And car boosts like usual..
Ive tested all hoses and boost gauge..all fine, no leaks and boost gauge works ok..i used a bicycle pump
My gauge is connected between charge pipe and N75..
Today i tried my friends N75 and everything is the same..
MAF is ok..its new.
The only way that boost gauge can show 0 would be if the n75 is open and letting all the preassure go to the intake pipe....
Ive tried bypassing the N75..so ive disconnected it from wastegate line and from the charge pipe..left it electrically pluged in...pluged the holes so that there are no boost leaks...
Now boostgauge works fine and shows boost all the way....
Maybe my friends N75 is also broken?
Could this be MAP related?
