What’s it really worth ?

HI everyone, I’m hoping some of you can help me to put a value on my 2005 mk1 Leon cupra r, this is my garage find and has just over 37,000 on the clock, i purchased it from the original owner two weeks ago who owned it from new and has meticulously maintained and cared for the car to a very high standard, it has main dealer service history and has also had some really nice modifications all carried out by amd Essex and jbs, airtec front mount intercooler, kw inox coilovers, superpro polly bushes all round, forge 16mm spacers front and rear, forge diverter valve, coldside relocation kit, jabba sport air filter, milltek 600 cell sports cat and cat back 6x4 oval tip, the list is pretty big but no expense has been spared all modifications are documented and it’s running a conservative 265bhp.
The interior and exterior is like new and it drives very well everything is nice and tight like a new car but better, it literally is a testament to the previous owner, it has the original breakdown kit in the boot unused, spare wheel unused, calipers refurbished and look brand new, alloys powder coated a very nice colour with new centre caps, every receipt from new, every health check from new all folded very neatly in the book pack, 2 keys the main one being a flip key, I don’t normally post anything and haven’t been on here for a long time but this purchase has prompted the post so I hope someone can help Me with this, sorry about the long post,,,

Lovely stuff, that's super low mileage and looks to be in great condition.
I know for a fact low milers are soaring in value these past few years and I've seen plenty up for over £10k!

Is it me or does the air filter have no cold air feed?

But anyway, yeah, like Thai said, it's pretty much a name your price thing in that condition. That interior looks absolutely mint

The heatshield will have a cut out on the bottom front corner near the battery box where the cold air intake pipe is.
On mine it's the same although I removed the narrow stock plastic pipe and fitted a much larger corrugated flexible duct instead.

Thanks for the reply, I was hoping for around that value 😊 do you think they will continue to rise in valueI’m in two minds on whether to store or use it, I have no garage and don’t want to spoil a really nice example.

Well spotted, I never noticed that and suppose it will give me something to do 😀 the interior is mint and still has bubble wrap under the rear seats that I think came from the factory, the 60yr old bloke who’s it was said he’s only had passengers in the car about five times, the seats are still very firm, the steering wheel is pristine as is the rest of it, I’ve seen how they wear on other higher mileage ones.

I will get onto that I didn’t spot it missing, I believe I still have an 80mm duct pipe from my old pd130 days that I never used,,
