What are these pipes/hoses for?

As i have a TIP and the 2 upper intercooler hoses in silicone blue on order, I am thinking of doing a few other pipes/hoses which can be seen with the engine cover still left in place (i know people have done some hoses which are under the cover...but i want to leave me on).

I was hoping someone could tell me what the pipes/hoses i've highlighted in the picture below are...and if i can safely replace them to a silicone version and if so, what type...i.e. will a normal silicone vac hose of correct diameter suffice?

Oh and btw, the red vac hose was replaced with a blue one thise morning

i've replaced them all with the exception of th one to the right of the
washer bottle.
Just be carefull of the coolant/water ones

They should all transfer liquid, fuel or pressure.
