Hi lads fitting my laguna fmic on sunday i have already got it remapped at star performance, bailey's dual piston dump valve, bmc induction kit ,what break do you's reckon i will be running after my fmic is in thanks guys

Argeed, At JKM`s RR day there was a lad that fitted a laguna intercooler with no adjustments to his map and made 2bhp less than before. He was advised to add more timing to improve preformance.

I gained 30bhp from FMIC, 3" dp and high flow cast mani with out having it mapped again, my car was mapped at Star. Although my IC isn't a laguna

Aye, more cooling the longer it'll hold the power and this is the same on rollers!

FMIC wont give you any changes to the power, it will give what feels like a wee bit mroe lag lo-down in the rev range and will hold boost a bit longer at the top-end - that will make it feel quicker
