What are you getting?I think should peak @ about 23psi or so, and then hold maybe 16-19 I think ??? (you have a LCR don't you?)

Out of interest, what should stg 1 Revo LC boost to? I'm currently peaking @ 18 and holding 14 or so to 5000rpm in 3rd gear onwards.

should hit about 20 to 21 psi im running boost 9 timing 8 but its just the way the boost is delivered that changes not the actual amount of psi
right ok, my car is an lcr and it peaks at about 20psi and then holds at about 17-18psi.

I'm running t7b7 on my LC - and i hit 21/22psi peak.
I think it depends MORE on the mods you've got to go with the revo stage2, rather than the settings on ur sps.
I'd not just guess the settings for sps either - as their disclaimer says damage can be done if not used properly.
Get Vag-com and get out and log the cf's on the cylinders, and make sure its not pulling back too much, then progress the boost/timing up until you can go no further without seeing high cf's.

It also depends on the accuracy of the gauge. In vagcom i get about 22psi, 21 on the gauge.
Logging for low CF's may the best way, but that also needs to be juggled with your driving style. You can adjust boost and timing up and it'l look fine in vagcom but you may find that by turning it down a bit it holds a bit longer if you like the revs. Of course looking at 115 will tell you this after a while.

ibiza cupra mk4 180 peaks 1.2 bar is that 17.6 psi ? (trial)

u wont get much more from the full code, your car should hit 21psi on spike and hold at 14psi, if it doesnt then there is issues

A standard KO3's turbo can't possibly produce 20psi @ 6.5k. Its little head would explode
That is just way beyond the limits of the hardware, no matter what map it has. It would be seriously going flat out for that, and the heat it prodeuces should make it back off, so if its not backing off, you'd be killing your turbo!You sure your guage isn't faulty - have you tried Vag com?

Well gauge seems to be working ok! Haven't tried VAGcom but it stays right up there and have had no probs!
I used to get nearly 24psi, but then I discovered I had an air leak. After this was fixed I could get the odd spike of about 23psi in 6th gear putting it under full load, but general in gear acceleration saw about 20-21psi.
I'd say use VAG-COM - you'll find the readings will differ quite a bit to a boost gauge.... I found quite a bit of difference myself!
My gauge says i peak at 21psi, then hold at about 19 - but in VAG-COM I peak at 22, sometimes 23, but hold at 17/18.
Not that it matters! If it drives well then 1-2psi is nothing between friends
Just been reading this thread, I've just had my Leon Cupra 180 Revo'd and I first noticed that my boost was hitting just over 18 psi but after 3 weeks i'm only getting 16psi max with the odd occasional 18psi peak in fifth gear (not very regularly) and then holds at 14-15 psi.
When going through the gears and making progress, I've noticed the boost does not hit 16psi but tends to be either 12-14psi??
Is this normal?
