Ok i know we can turn off cornering fogs and activate alarm chirp, but what other features can we activate on the MK5's?

Selective locking, auto locking (if you cba to do it by pressing the button)

There's a setting for LHD/RHD I didn't get round to testing

U can adjust the feedback of the steering wheel too i think, sure i saw an option for it once.

For what it's worth, I hired a new Polo shortly before I bought my Ibiza and the steering on that was dreadful - it was like steering a corpse, with no feel at all.

In comparison, the Ibiza set-up is vastly better, although I admit that I would like a little bit more feedback from it.

I had a fiests 1.2 a few weeks back. The engine, colour and thing steering wheel was awful.. BUT the handling was amazing for a standard car especially the steering feedback. Much better than my Boc for feeling. Who knows if extra weight could improve this.

I had a Fiesta 1.25 hire car (after some cheese ran into the back of my Suzuki 1250 bike) last year before getting my 1.6 oil burner. Certainly a more 'pointy' setup than the Ibiza and arguably more fun on tighter twisties but at speed it just felt twitchy and no where near as stable as the Seat, oh and the engine was poo compared to the 1.6 Seat weasel :)

I've been pondering getting VAG COM but so far I'm not sure what I'd change with it, it would be more diagnostics I guess should I have a problem with the car. I'm not that bothered about turning off cornering fogs (quite useful where I park the car at home) and I'm not a fan of beeping things so would not care about the unlock chirp. Other stuff maybe.
