Same for me. I dont think my dealer is as informative as most, so I dont get given that much info but I think its going to be built about the end of April and maybe get it around the 3rd week of May. I think they try and be conversative about the dates so we dont hassle them too much but I am trying to put it out my mind as much as possible.

I am so glad to be going back to a Seat, I have been kicking myself for selling my lovely R 255 in Ox Plat Grey, so the GF is getting my Smart Brabus and I am getting a lovely CW FR.

She is so bored by it all, her eyes just glaze over as soon as I start talking about cars.

Have done some research and if the suspension sucks I might have to upgrade but I am sure the FR cant be any worse than a Fiesta RS1800 or my Smart 44 Brabus, so if I can live with that I can handle anything :)

I too had an LCR 225, it will be nice to come back to the fold :clap:

LOL, erm NO.

This is where I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will be as nice in real life as the visions I have of it in my head.

Was hard to place an order without;

a) Not seeing a Cupra or being able to drive one

b) Not seeing any in Candy White.
 
He he oh well I am sure there arent too many in Candy White floating about in showrooms in the UK to look at, I am sure most of us who ordered the Cupra or FR in CW took a risk.

i know its going to be awesome, I have no doubts at all.

Time to get off PC, gf is going to get hacked off !! :)

Ok mate, time will tell.

I was hoping that it wouldn't have a knock on effect for when it comes time to sell.

I'm sure it won't and many people would be able to resist buying until they have seen them, then the orders will go in.
 
For sure, I guess it wont take long for others to place their orders. This is a long term decision to get this car, so I chose what I wanted, so should be keeping it for a good few years. I have had about 5 different cars about the past 3 years, so need to stick with this choice, I hope its worth the money :whistle:
 
Just got back from dealer.
Candy white FR dsg ordered with; bluetooth, conv pack, winter pack, full bodykit including twin exhaust conversion, 20" rims.......

roll on July!
 
Would have loved an FR in ruby red metalic but it aint a Seat option on the FR so had to go with zenith, good looking car in this colour.
 
picked up our new baby at the weekend, so have added in a vote from me. have been itching to do that for the past few weeks! but thought i ought to wait till she was sitting in the drive :)

Its been a pig to clean and is showing light scratches badly!

Beautiful in yellow but a bit too 'boy racer' for me at 37.... so i went for Black Magic... only colour i would have it in i think (hate red for obvious reasons!!!!)
