Sorry about the pic quality, light was fading :)

Used 'in anger' on the M25 this morning, and they work great! also one benefit is the whistling from the drivers window (common issue I understand) is now gone :)

Were these the eBay £25 jobbies?
(I hope so as I've just ordered these!)

Used the excellent guide on the main page to fit a mk1 cupra chin spoiler today. I like it because it's very 'stock' looking, not at all chav you as all the aftermarket splitters seem to be...

Took my 2013 2.0TDI 150bhp in for its first MOT yesterday to seat Manchester it passed which is the main thing. However the service is poor took over 2 hours as they claimed I was not booked in. What is the point in having an online book in that doesn't work. Never the less it got me talking to one of the salesmen as they had some event on. He offered me a brand new 1.4 TSI 150bph in red or black for the same monthly cost with £1000 in. Very tempting deal as they only valued my car at £8,800 even though it's only got 24000 miles on it very shocked at the amount of depreciation. Offer still stand today so need to make a decision

If that was the quote without negotiations I would attempt to get that grand knocked off. How much is your guaranteed value at the end of your current pcp and how long have you left? My order future value is £8??? after 42 months and 35,000 miles for a 1.4 fr st. I would imagine the diesel holding its value a little more too.

That was a quote with a lot of negotiations the prices started at over £60 more a month that I'm paying now so it has come down a lot. My future value is around £6800 and I've got 2 years left on this PCP

£1000 for a car in warranty then. I probably would, especially if it comes with free servicing and breakdown cover. With your low mileage I would guess the petrol would suit you better too.

Did not end up going for the offer given by Seat Manchester. Keeping mine and hopefully am going to go for a DTUK tuning box with the possibility of a pedal box to match

eBay Bargains today...

£20.00 for 2 x Heated Fan Washer Jets :) Still need a little adjustment. You do need an alan key for adjustment but you don't even need a screw driver to get the originals off of the car. Defo worth the full £42 asking price but found them going cheap on eBay :)

£20.00 for 1 x Audi 'Red' MDI iPhone adapter. Now all the album artwork appears on the Media display with out the faff! :) (I know you can do it with an SD card, but it was such a faff, plus these days all the music gets put on the iPhone via wireless, so getting the SD card out the car, sorting out the artwork into compatible files in a size that is acceptable is just a PITA).

Next eBay bargain is to wait for the Leon compatible DSG paddle extensions (a supplier I contacted says they are awaiting the finished article made specifically for the Leon :D )

Have you got a link for the MDI cable please? My mate gave me one from his A3 but it's very hit and miss whether the phone will connect to the MDI once it's connected, it still manages to charge though.

Sorry it was a second hand jobbie, I'll see if I can find the part number on the listing, if not I'm sure it's on the cable itself.

EDIT: Part No is 4F0 051 510 AJ
