Fitted my door latch covers that came from china (took about 2 weeks so pretty good)... perfect fit and for under £3 a car, cant complain. Got a spare set and did the wifes octavia too.

Snow foamed, dried, bilt hamber korrosol, washed with megs, dried, bolt hamber soft clay, washed with megs, dried, polished with megs ultimate polish then waxed with collinite 915. Now just to do the wheels.......

Today i blinged my keys with a chrome cap and FR keyring

Spent 3 hrs with a clay bar removing some saddling type paint overspray from my car. Some bloke painted barge boards and soffits next door the other week and it was quite windy - seems my car got a good coating of splashes!!

Every panel was like this:

So after claying, a wash and a coat of wax its now looking good again:

Looks great with a black grille something I might go with. Anyone got any shots of their rear bumper (the black bit) wrapped?

Traded mine in yesterday. The replacement VRS won't be here for a couple of months. Need more space for stuff. It will be missed - the vrs is far more sedate and leisurely - but the build quality has really disappointed me. Half the dash is buzzing, the door cards, door seals, headliner. I may be unlucky but when it came to it I chickened out of buying another because of the rattles which is really annoying considering its such a well sorted car in other departments.

Ran my first track day ever at knockhill. Super wet, Scottish day. Managed a 1min 20 sec. Really happy with the car.
