I did the same!!!! Washed the car first then fitted them. Fronts wont be tomorrow mind.
Anybody know anywhere decent in the west Midlands to get my calipers painted red? I'd like to get them done properly for peace of mind on longevity.
I painted my old Ibiza calipers jaffa cake orange with an eBay kit but the Leon is a bit more upper class and worthy of better treatment!

To be fair, it did come up like glass.
Had a nice cleaning done from the winter grime:
Now it's of course snowing again, and the roads are dirty with melting snow. So the car's pretty much as dirty as it was 4 days earlier. Still had a big grin on my face for at least 2 days

Drove home from Goodwood yesterday, driving past Petersfield in my Nevada White, Orange Line 280 Cupra Sub8 - when blow me down - a Nevada White, Orange Line Cupra passed me in the opposite direction! What's the chances of that? I've only ever seen one or two Cupras - let alone one identical to mine! Anyone here?
I took my beautiful Fr ST 184 Phantom Black 18inch alloys, LED lights and Connectivity pack (list 28,000) in to its year two service and asked for a price to change. I was offered just 12.5K for mine against a new one. 55% depreciation in just two years.......sob....sob ....weep...wail.....gnashing of teeth!
