what did you and your mk3 leon do today

Drove to Newcastle Hospital (yesterday) up the M6 and across the A69, and then today drove back. Some nice roads. But a bit boring when you have your mother sat in the passenger seat who grips onto the door handle as if her life depends on it if you go round a round about more than 15mph.

Had to overtake a lorry on the A69 and the 'your scaring me' was rather entertaining for about a micro second.

On the upshot got a lot of admiring glances and thumbs up at the car as I was being overtaken on a regular basis. Maybe grey isn't that boring...

I feel your pain.

Very easy.
It was my first time doing wrapping.
they will send You video with instructions, and it's very helpful.

I bought already pre cut vinyl on @eaziwrap from UK.
I did wrapping first time in my life, and it went well.
40min and it was done.

Standard Cooper S is 189bhp, the 210 is remapped to 210bhp and has the Pro exhaust fitted (bluetooth switch to open flap in 1 tailpipe for extra power and lots of pops/ crackles/ bangs) - factory approved dealer fit option so warranty still valid

I think the 210 is a factory order but the car is supplied to dealer as a S model who then fits the 210 kit?
The JCW model factory standard is 236bhp

Both cars are pretty basic from factory as you have to upgrade for decent things like bigger display, better seats, bigger alloys, HK stereo, pro exhaust

Not bad - looked into the deal a couple of weeks ago and decided it was out of budget, dealer wouldn't come down £500 so i left it. Checked the website on weds to look at the car again (with regrets) and saw they'd dropped the price by £1000 so i phoned up and left a deposit with another salesguy

So dealer could have made another £500 if he'd reduce the price for me the week before?

Leon is going in p/x, can't believe some trade in prices i was getting from dealers - 67 plate Titanium with 21k and was getting quotes of £10300 - £11300
