Just got back from a week driving around France and my FR didn’t miss a beat. An absolute breeze on French motorways and on their bumpy rural roads.

Fourth time taking a Leon on a European road trip and always a joy without any problems, plenty of room in the back to bring back cheese and wine too!

I discovered my passenger door is leaking after, but only after doing the usual sound deadening. I don't understand why it's now leaking. I didn't even remove the plastic panel that is leaking.

Lol just looking at the bluefin remap £399 £40 off using pristine £65 from nectar and then 10% complete savings cashback so tempting

The bluefins are tried n tested used them on all my fords ,they just plug into the odb port and upload the map and back to stock when required, different kettle of fish to the tuning boxes in a different league imo
Don't sideline the Jb4, this isn't just a "tuning box", really good piece of kit, and it will outperform the Bluefin map no problems!

There's still a few slots left on the Rolling Road day being hosted by one of our forum sponsors (Progressive Parts) if anyone is interested.

Here's the main thread with all of the details:

https://forums.seatcupra.net/index....rolling-road-day-sunday-17th-november.456484/

Pop over even if you aren't booked on the Rolling Road - would be good to meet some members! :)
If it's only in Stockport I might bob over for a bit, was good at Doncaster so would be nice to see some familiar faces and some new ones too

Would anybody else have been better off commuting to work on a jetski today? Where the hell did all this rain come from?! Haha

Bluefin is a remap, one you apply yourself via the unit they supply. Generic bluefin map but you can do it from your own home so saves travel.

used bluefin before they are good, obviously not a custom map but very few custom mappers around
Yeah, I know what a Bluefin is, and not a fan of that either. When a remap is done, it is usually connected to a power supply to ensure the battery on the car doesn't die mid update and brick your ECU. It's unlikely I know, but still its the idea of it. But that's just my opinion.

I was just saying that the tuning box I posted may of been better value.

Also think that 'custom maps' are over hyped. Good for peak numbers, not necessarily longevity/safety of the engine.
