Got undertaken by a chav in a Mk7 fiesta Zetec S with dustbin exhaust. Car in front of me was cut up by him so I kept my distance. This has just bolstered my already negative opinion on chavved up Ford drivers.

Changed my phone holder as the old one was old and vibrating due to the loss of foam

Had 40 miles to drive in 2 hours so achieved 44mpg with the cruise control at 55. Worst drive of my life.

Where did you get that from? I’ve been thinking about getting one for that same place in mine

It's not one holder sadly. The main plate and mount is brodit

https://www.brodit.co.uk/brodit/vehicles/Seat/Leon/2013-2018.htm

I've then mounted a plate from my previous holder and then glued the ball in place to mount the new one.

The last one was a 4 claw system (Herbert Richter), but the holder had foam covers that came loose over time and started vibrating when the phone was in the holder.

Not today but yesterday. Removed the clutch return spring. Feels much better.
Finally got a clutch that feels right after deleting the delay valve and now the spring.

Is that why my leon feels awful when changing gear during spirited driving. Feels almost as if the car is lurching / holding onto rev’s, strange feeling and like no car i have ever owned before

Could well be. I never managed to do a quick and smooth gear change with the delay valve or spring on the car.
Removing the delay valve for me made the most difference.
Neither job is difficult.

Do you know if it's possible on a 1.4?

Sorry i dont know. You can take a look under the dash at the clutch pedal assembly to see if you have the spring.
