Poshed up the door pockets and glove box today with a fabric kit purchased from Turkey.

Was it a made to measure kit or DIY?

It was a made to measure kit but there is no tolerance for misalignment. The door fabric is nice and thick but the fabric for the glovebox a lot thinner. Both had a degree of stretch so with a bit of patience you could butt the edges together and make an almost seamless join. The kit I purchased looks like it has been split into two separate kits now which is a shame as the price has changed. This is what came with mine:

I’ll link the fitting videos so you can see how it fits together.

Yeah the prices have changed as I paid around £85 (after conversion) for the whole kit earlier this year. I paid in USD as the exchange rate was better than Euro. I was happy with that because I got to line all 4 door pockets, glove box, armrest interior and the storage compartment next to the steering wheel. I think the kit is good and I'm satisfied with how it came out. I accept that it may not be the best cost effective mod for all people though. I've enquired with them if they would be willing to set up a discount code and linked them to this page to see that folk are interested. I'll let you know what they say.

That sounds good, thanks. I understand its cut to size and specific just seems a little high for a few bits of fabric.

Actually Saturday, but first opportunity to post this.

Travelled up to Xscape Yorkshire, to get Seat Sound fitted by East Yorkshire Retrofit (Kieran Walkington).

It has improved the standard sound setup greatly, still playing around to get the right settings but worth the money.

Fitted my areo spoiler today On my 1.8tsi. Waiting for the glue to dry.
ive done a couple of things over the last 2 months since owning her.
first mod was front bumper wrap. Went with satin to match the plastics. Was happy with the result. Will get the bottom blacked when car gets lowered abit and front diffuser goes on. Still unsure of which one yet.
Next was the rear diffuser from reiger. Fitted myself and left the satin finish to match the plastics. Not 100% match but i can deal with it. Went well.
and finally today the aero spoiler. Genuine part pre painted. £200.Fitted myself today. Went well also and happy with the colour match and fitting. Happy days.

looking for some genuine side skirts but i guess its going to cost me so might wait till next year.
