Found something new on the car today. I have had the car for a year and a half now and I have never seen this switch before... its just above the bonnet release handle and its got an outline of the car on it.

What does it do? :help:

Oh is that so you can leave kids in the car and lock it or something? Useful I guess, its just funny I have never seen it before! Not often I have my head in the footwell...

Lol i only noticed it when fitting my boost gauge, Yh suppose you use it for leaving in the kids or dog in the back, or just leaving the window slightly open on a hot day

I dont have it either but thats because I didnt want to weight months for my car to delivered for the sake of an alarm.

Mk1 leons have this on the B pillar...which is the usual question. I have to press the key fob twice to disable the interior sensors on my Mk4
