Remapped dogshit 180 2002 leon cupra remapped to 210 bhp with just a forge valve and standard everything else was averaging 33 casual driving, 25 - 30 round town, lower if i kicked the arse out of it, motorway on the computer i saw upto 40.

Stuck a de-cat on it and cobra system, upset the map and you can knock 5 - 10 off all those figures :(

My cupra gets about 28-32mpg on a 4mile trip to work with no traffic and driving Eco.
Or about 18 with traffic or listening to the nice noise my car makes when I put my foot down (and the instant mpg reading goes down to 5).

Saying that I did check my trip comp at the pump and it said 415 miles for the tank. That's on V-power tho.
I used to get about 330-350 from asda fuel.

Just done a trip of about 180 miles along the motorways, reset the trip comp when i left and cruising at about 80 the whole way i apparently averaged 36.3mpg... not to bad i thought, about the same as my old mr2.
This is a stock 180 leon cupra (1M).

last tank averaged a calculated 34.38mpg, that was mostly sensible motorway miles. mk1 Cupra with a decat and 3 inch downpipe

about 350 miles to a tank is about 29mpg

only bought my lc 180 last week. didn't know it had a trip computer? my mk 3 ic had one. where is it? lol

........might not have one. If it has, there'll be a 'see-saw' type button on the end of the wiper stalk to scroll through the various options (mpg, etc) which should be displayed just under the clock on the speedo.

My first LC had one, but think its was fully loaded (memory leather seats, etc) - but my current one doesn't. Funny though, the first one had manual heater knobs and my current one has climate control......go figure - assume it was a optional extra then?

But back to the MPG topic - I'm on my 2nd LC after foolishly thinking an 1.8SE 20V would suffice - and I get shocking MPG, because I've only had it 2 weeks and, I'm, erm........'reaquainting' myself with the feel of a turbo

i have a unique driving style, and some of that tank was motorway miles sticking under the limit for once as i was taking my cousin and her2 month old to my uncles house

out of a £70 fill up i will get a minimum of 300 miles with mixed driving styles closer to 350miles with more long distance driving and i have had just over 400 miles on a full tank of pretty much only motorway driving.

and the best i ever got out of it was 12,5km/l on long drive ~ 35-36mpg

on the stock ecu i get average 10km/l while city driving/fun drive, no long drives. ~ 29mpg

This is a very healthy stg1 180 lc , 80k ish

Your lambda shouldnt need Mapping out, if youre running rich id say your pre cat lambda is goosed, post cat is purely there to see if the cats doing its job, this could be the reason your mpg is so low,
