ok, how much would you want for the j one? (PM, don't wanna break rules)

either C or F

I could do wi a standard one if anyone wants to give/lend me theirs to test!

Seeing a mate on Sat, and he has a leon cupra (forgot, i hardly see him). Wants me to show him the N249 bypass, in return, i'm hopefully gonna use his N75... I assume they;re the same

how do you find out if it's C or F? The link on page one, just links to another big N75 thread

posted my reasons in a previous post.... ;)

plus, just wanna check with standard if mine is causing me my boost issues....

fancy lending/giving me yours? ;)

sweet...

tell ya what, i'll leave it until sunday.... hopefully meeting an old college mate on sat night to sort his n249 bypass, so hoping to use his. If i don't see him, i'll be in touch

Thread resurrection here! I just got a new n75 from the dealers, they said that the C has been discontinued for the F version so ive got that on there now. Doesnt seem to be as agressive on boost, kind of as if its holding back slightly compared to before. Just another story to add the the growing mix up as to what to order!
Need to get it on vagcom later and clear the old n75 intermittent code. Also the bottom pipe coming off it, was a bit oily? Any ideas?

catch tank

most likely your tip will also have oil residu in it...

catch tank is the way to solve this (cheap and easy fix)

Does anybody have any pics of each n75 valve there is. IMO i think its just a case where some work well on some map cars and don't on others <RACE-VALVES>

I understand your point a few tho Mat. Would like to test a few on mine too see which holds the boost better and NO Limp mode..

can anyone post up some pics on how the n75j valve should be fitted!
1 way it only boost 15psi for me
2 way it boosts nearly 25psi but sometimes it can only boost 10psi then change gear it boost nearly 25psi again or does the same 10psi but i think it does that more when the car is cold.
I neva had issues like this on the old c valve cold or warm!
Can anoyne help

but it doest come up with any codes for overboost its brings up sometimes secondary airflow injection system incorrecet flow! Thats wot brings the engime light up but its not in limp mode tho! I have changed the vac lines around tho

fault light only comes on if the ECU can't regain control of the boost, then a deviation high code is thrown.

When my car used to overboost/limp mode with the ECS N75 Race Valve on it never once threw a code up.
