What oil viscosity?

What oil viscosity is recommended by the stealers and what do you guys recommend?

I use 5w30 Catrol Edge - Fully Synthetic

5W30 yea. Millers, castrol or Halfords do 3 fully synth ones get the one with the VAG codes on it. When I got it you got a free halfords pro screwdriver set
