What plugs

Would you suggest for a mk3 1.8 20vT getting close to 300bhp?

NGK number would be nice

AUM engine with PFR6Q plugs as standard

need to go one stage colder?

They would be fine or the copper equivalent, which do the job and loads cheaper, BKR7E.

Maybe gap them to around .026-.028"
